OVERVIEW

Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Ill., needed a way to bring 5,500+ employees on board with its strategic plan. I distilled the complex plan to a reader-friendly narrative and worked with a designer to create a booklet, poster, and intranet presence in line with the Carle brand.
